But it’s slightly creepy when you “ship” actual people.
Not people who aren’t made-up characters from a TV show or movie or book.
I mean…
People who have their own lives.
People who have their own families.
People who exist in this world just like me or you.
What’s even creepier is you write from a real person’s perspective.
A first-person perspective of an actual person who’s lost members of their family.
And then you try to write from their perspective
And express their pain. And feelings.
Honestly,
most of the things I’ve seen are just stupid.
And it’s ignorant.
But most importantly, it’s just fucking disrespectful.
The first time I saw one of these idiotic stories, I accidentally stumbled upon it. Tonight, I clicked on a story out of the sheer ridiculousness of the description. I wasn’t surprised when it was some of the most disrespectful and amateur piece of fiction I’ve ever seen.
So, just fucking stop.
