Happy birthday to one of my favourite drummers, like, ever. I love your music with innumerable fibres in my body; your continuous pushing of the boundaries. I love its complexity and how the more I listen to it, the more euphonious it becomes. Then there’s you, your dry personality, your sheep wool hair, your “B” overalls, your constant blathering about jazz, et cetera, et cetera. I do not lie in saying you are one of my utter favourite people. All the same, Bill, have a great day.
